The WHA Supporter Circle
In 2025 we launched a new way for partners to make a commitment to hepatitis elimination – the WHA Supporter Circle.
The WHA Supporter Circle officially aligns partners with WHA, a highly respected, globally recognised organisation. It also brings partners closer to our membership network and helps deliver on their objectives through the reach, insight, resources and tools we are uniquely placed to provide.
To become part of the WHA Supporter Circle, we ask you to make an annual financial commitment to WHA at one of three levels of partnership. All organisations in the WHA Supporter Circle are also asked to make the following commitment:
To do all they reasonably can to centre patient voices when decisions are being made that will impact them, recognising the key role people living with hepatitis and the organisations that represent them play in hepatitis elimination.
This commitment is crucially important to us and represents the values of WHA and our members. It recognises the role everyone must play to ensure a strong, collaborative community that can accelerate progress towards hepatitis elimination. Together, we can ensure a world free from viral hepatitis.

Joining the WHA Supporter Circle
By becoming part of the WHA Supporter Circle, you will:
- Align your organisation with a respected global patient-led organisation.
- Be given up-to-date information about key issues relevant to your organisation’s priorities.
- Receive regular global or regional updates and opinions on policy and guidelines.
- Have access to the team at WHA or speakers to join your meetings, events, and publications.
- Discounts on event registration and sponsorship packages.
- Manage your commitment through an annual donation, simplifying administration of our partnership.
Partners can join the WHA Supporter Circle at one of three levels:

- WHA Supporter Circle logo to use and a social media toolkit.
Information and Insight
- Monthly newsletter (updates on WHA activities, ways to get involved, key dates).
- Webinar and virtual event invites, with tools and support to promote to employees.
- Invites to regional or relevant campaign events.
- Full access for employees to WHA’s e-learning platform, the Community Impact Programme.
- Annual meeting with WHA’s programmes and campaigns teams. This is an opportunity to gain insight and information on partners’ key areas of focus. May be in-person or virtual.

- Thanked on WHA website and in annual report.
- WHA Supporter Circle logo to use and a social media toolkit.
- Thanked and space for quote/bio in a special feature edition of Hep Voice (circulation 12,000).
Information and Insight
- Monthly newsletter (updates on WHA activities, ways to get involved, key dates).
- Webinar and virtual event invites, with tools and support to promote to employees.
- Invites to regional or relevant campaign events.
- Full access for employees to WHA’s e-learning platform, the Community Impact Programme.
- Bi-annual meeting with WHA’s programmes and campaigns teams. This is an opportunity to gain insight and information on partners’ key areas of focus. May be in-person or virtual.

- Annual presentation (virtual) to staff about partnership from Head of Global Partnerships.
- Interview with WHA CEO/President for internal communications, PR, and/or CSR reporting.
- World Hepatitis Day and World Hepatitis Testing Week employee engagement toolkit and support.

- Annual meeting for senior colleagues with WHA President. May be in person or virtual.
Other
- World Hepatitis Day and World Hepatitis Testing Week employee engagement toolkit and support.
- WHA CEO/President takes part in partner AGM or delivers annual presentation to staff/board.
- Interview with WHA CEO/President for internal communications, PR, and/or CSR Report.
- Opportunity to include question in WHA member newsletter or survey.
- WHA will provide two KOLs (WHA senior colleague or patient advocate) for meetings/symposiums without need for additional honorarium payment.
- 10% discount on World Hepatitis Summit tickets (in person and virtual) for all employees.
- 50% discount on World Hepatitis Day and World Hepatitis Testing Week sponsorship packages.
