I am a Consultant Hepatologist, Egypt. I am an active member of the Association of Liver Patient Care (ALPC) and have led large-scale community outreach programmes under the “Educate, Test & Treat” model across rural Egypt and parts of Africa, reaching thousands of underserved people. I am also an active researcher in viral hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma risk, and metabolic liver disease. Above all, I am deeply committed to advancing patient-led advocacy, reducing stigma, and contributing to the global goal of hepatitis elimination.
