People PLUS is a civil society organisation, the national network of people living with HIV in Belarus. From the one side “People PLUS” is a newly entity, it was created only in April 2018, but the other side “People PLUS” can add by right in its asset the 10-year history of the Belarusian community of PLWH because of most of the “People PLUS” activists were grown as specialists, when they had being worked in the projects of the “Belarusian community of PLWH”. The elimination of hepatitis is directly their concern and they are working on introducing more hepatitis related activities.
Their viral hepatitis activities at the moment include several different areas:
1. monitoring of state procurements for treatment
2. Consulting people during treatment
3. Paying for analysis required for the start of treatment.
From 2025 People PLUS will be involved in realisation Global Found on country level. Health system covers supplying medicine for treatment, but some analysis does not. In their activity they are going to offer the consultation regarding treatment and pay for this analysis for PLWH and their partners.
