A Missão da Crescer na Maior é promover a redução de riscos e a integração comunitária das populações vulneráveis através de projetos de intervenção na comunidade e formação técnica. Para que possa promover uma intervenção mais eficaz e maior qualidade dos seus serviços faz investigação na sua área de intervenção.

A Visão da Crescer na Maior é ser uma organização de referência nacional na promoção da integração comunitária das populações mais vulneráveis.
