Founded in April 2022, in Ilemela – Mwanza, the Community Health and Development Foundation (CHDF) is a registered NGO with operations reaching across all regions of mainland Tanzania. We are a diverse group of healthcare professionals, educators, social workers, and volunteers driven by one purpose: to make a measurable impact where it’s needed most.
