I am still here. I am still on nucleotide. Just I wanted to give myself little break and stop blogging for awhile. I think no one will blame me for that. The hepatitis is everywhere around me and I realized this yesterday. Yesterday morning a friend of our forum was transplanted. He is 41 years old with cirrhosis. The doctor, made the 10 hours operation said that, with his own liver he would live only 4 months. It is so frightening .... to realize how many young people can die from B or C. And to realize that this could be you.

He is OK for now. I really hope he will make it. He has a beautiful wife, so strong, and 2 kids. Year ago, he suddenly fell into a hepatic encephalopathy and let me tell you: it was the first time I was crying for a person, totally unknown for me.

So, if you have hepatitis, or someone close to you has, treat yourself. Do not leave this for next month or a year; after the wedding, after the holidays.NO! Maybe you don't have so much time. Do it now! Take care!
