It’s almost midnight and I just came home.
This Saturday as our mini program of weekend “stress relief” we decided to try playing something new – badminton. We made reservations for three hours of play.
So, as we are pure amateurs we bought cheaper, feather balls for badminton.
At the beginning we just warmed up ourselves for a half an hour and then we started to play “seriously”.
Soon there was feather all over the field. It was pure fun. It seemed so easy. But after more than two hours of playing we were sweating and breathing heavily, like
locomotives. If the virus could be exacerbated by sweat, I would have surely lost it this evening. But we all know that it is not possible.
Anyway, it was good relaxation.
And regarding hepatitis? Well, nothing special, just very mild joint pain. Probably a mild side effect from pills. Not even 10% of peginterferon, just annoying.
But this moderate physical activity helps me to forget about it. And keeps me off getting unwanted weight.
A combination of fun and health. I’m only sorry that when we finished restaurant wasn’t working any more. Maybe it was better for me. I was hungry like a wolf and I would probably eat something unhealthy.
Now I’m too tired to watch TV so I’ll simply go to sleep.
Good night folks.
